The new building project is a residential complex with 70 apartments, a discount store with around 2,107 m2 of usable space and a two-storey underground car park with a floor area of around 2,440 m2. All the requirements of the city of Munich's eco-catalog were met during the construction project. The discounter on the ground floor of the wing of the L-shaped complex, which is oriented towards Ottobrunner Straße, with generous parking spaces exclusively in the easy-to-drive underground car park and apartments above, represents a modern, inner-city solution that is becoming increasingly popular.
