The housing project for the GWU Geimeinnützige Wohnungsbau Gesellschaft mbH is located in a residential area near the Unterhaching S-Bahn station south of Munich. The 70 residential units are spread over 3 full floors and a recessed terrace floor in the two buildings. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the balconies let the light deep into the living area. The underground car park with 64 parking spaces is made of reinforced concrete, the houses are built with brick masonry and are covered by a hipped roof.
